^{Our group focus is on the human lips.
It includes all kinds of art media on dA:

a)photography
b)digital art
c)traditional art
d)literature
e)mixed media.

Everyone is welcome to join, and of course if you like our group, you can invite other people.
To become a member, simply click the "Join group" button and you will be automatically accepted.

SUBMISSION RULES

1) The work you want to submit, must contain lips.
It can be a macro/close up deviation, but also a portrait of beautiful women with beautiful lips.
We won't accept submissions that show the whole body, it should be only face portraiture.

2) You can post three deviations per week.
We look for quality, not quantity, so make sure you submit only artworks that you really find good enough.

3) There is currently one folder open for your submissions - the Featured folder.
Accepted artworks will be featured in a Featured folder. Then we will move the accepted deviations in the right category folders:

c)Pink lips
d)Kiss Kiss
e)BlackAndWhite
f)Pierced lips
g)Beautiful lips portraits
h)Sweet Candy Lips
i)Instinct
j)Simply Lip Special (for 5 stars images)
k)Contest folder ( only for following contests)
l)Traditional And Digital LipArt
m)Miscellaneous

The best deviations will be featured on our homepage in Simply Lip Special folder that features best lip artworks on deviantArt.

4) When submitting please pay attention on:

-composition
-clarity
-sharpness
-concept
of your image.

We won't accept:
-nudity
-blurry snapshot
-works that contain offensive language
-offensive visual concepts

and last but not the least

-images with no accent on the lips.

ACCEPTING ARTWORKS

1) You need two "Yes" votes for your submission to be accepted.
Our moderators will vote, according to certain quality and composition rules, and accept/decline deviations.

2)If your artwork doesn't get accepted, please, no hard feelings.
The choice is subjective and it doesn't mean that we don't want to see your art in our group.

3) If you do think we made a mistake, you can always note use with a link to your declined deviations and ask why it was declined, so we can give you a reason, or even reconsider our decision.

heya im a contributor to this group , does that mean i cnt enter the contest? as i have a really good idea and really want to. obviously if you let me i will not vote etc or have a say in the winner, i just really want to do this comp lol x
